Job Responsibilities
AKELA INTERIM 60 is looking for an articulated truck driver holding a CACES certification for truck-mounted forklifts. You will transport regional goods and actively participate in loading and unloading operations.
You will work on regular routes, in an environment where safety and punctuality are paramount. Each trip is carefully prepared: vehicle inspection, document verification, and adherence to delivery instructions. You will liaise with clients and logistics teams to ensure reliable and professional service.
Your main responsibilities:
– Drive an articulated truck in compliance with the highway code
– Ensure deliveries and collections according to the defined schedule
– Load and unload using the truck-mounted forklift (CACES R489 or equivalent)
– Check the vehicle’s condition and report any anomalies
– Check delivery notes and merchandise conformity
– Keep the vehicle clean and in good working order
– Respect safety instructions on site and on the road
You will primarily operate on regional routes with daily returns, within a stable and rigorous organization.
Desired Profile
– CE driving license, driver card, and FIMO/FCO up to date
– CACES for truck-mounted forklift mandatory
– Proven experience in articulated truck driving and regional delivery
– Mastery of safety rules related to transport and loading
– Good organizational skills and priority management
– Professional attitude and sense of service towards clients
Good physical condition and strict adherence to instructions complete your profile.
