Job Description
You will be working for a modern production company in the food sector in the Almelo region, where everything revolves around quality, timing, and teamwork. While most people are sleeping, you ensure that fresh products arrive at customers on time and neatly.
You enjoy being behind the wheel, like responsibility, and find it pleasant to work independently. At the same time, you have contact with customers and ensure that everything is delivered neatly and professionally. No long international trips, but manageable routes within the Netherlands, allowing you to be home on time.
What will you be doing?
You start your shift somewhere between 00:00 and 03:00. In peace, you begin loading your truck, so you are well-prepared to hit the road. Do you notice something is wrong? You resolve it immediately. Then you hit the road. No traffic jams, no hustle and bustle, just driving and doing what you’re good at. You deliver the products neatly to customers and are the face of the company. You make brief contact, check if everything is correct, and move on. After your route, you return to the location and ensure everything is ready for the next shift. This way, you neatly conclude your work and go home with a good feeling.

Job Requirements
What is important for you to work comfortably in this job?
- You have a CE driving license and a valid Code 95; or are willing to obtain your driving license and Code 95 through us
- You specifically enjoy working at night
- You are available for night shifts
Additionally, you enjoy working independently and take responsibility for your work. You handle your truck and products carefully, and you find it important that customers are satisfied.
Employment Conditions
What does this job offer you?
- You will immediately receive a fixed-term contract, with the prospect of a permanent contract!
- A gross hourly wage starting from €19.11, depending on your experience
- On top of that, a 37% surcharge for working at night
- Additional surcharges of 25% and 50% for overtime
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer
- A full-time work week of 38 hours
- 25 vacation days plus 2 extra days
- Pension scheme so you are also well-off later
