Job Description:
During this complete training program to become a truck driver, you will be guided step by step. You start with a driving skills test and an aptitude test, followed by a medical examination. An experienced instructor will assess your current driving skills and your aptitude for driving a truck. Based on this, the number of driving lessons you need will be determined. Subsequently, you will start working as a logistics employee in IJsselmuiden, working during day shifts. At the same time, you will prepare for your theory exams and take practical lessons for your driving license. As soon as you have obtained your driving license, you can immediately advance to the position of C truck driver. After that, you will also start lessons for your CE driving license. Your routes will mainly consist of one-day trips within the Netherlands.

- You possess a valid B driving license and have your own transport.
- You have completed an MBO education at level 2 or higher.
- You are willing to start as a warehouse employee during your driver training.
- You are in good physical condition and capable of performing the work.
- You can express yourself well verbally and in writing in Dutch.
Employment Conditions:
For your commitment, you can expect the following employment conditions:
- Your starting salary is between € 2,500 and € 2,700 per month and quickly increases to € 3,000 after obtaining your driving license.
- You can obtain your C and CE driving licenses free of charge through a fully guided program.

- You build up pension according to the collective labor agreement (CAO).
