Join a recognized company in public works and hit the road to ambitious construction sites as a Heavy Truck Driver (Civil Engineering) (M/F) 30 km from Pontarlier!
You will be responsible for:
– ensuring the transport of construction materials (gravel, concrete, sand, etc.) as well as equipment necessary for construction sites.
– ensuring proper load distribution on your vehicle to prevent any incidents.
– actively participating in the loading/unloading of your truck using cranes, dumpers, or other lifting equipment.
– delivering materials to various construction sites, sometimes difficult to access (mastery of your vehicle to maneuver in confined spaces or on uneven terrain).
– ensuring proper maintenance of your truck (regular checks, particularly on braking systems, tires, and fluid levels, to ensure vehicle safety).
– respecting safety standards and the highway code: adherence to safety rules, both on the road and within construction sites.
– managing delivery notes, transport slips, and all administrative documentation related to your trips.
Contract terms:
– Monday to Friday (39 hours / week)
– Salary: according to experience
