Job Description:
As a compactor truck driver, you are responsible for collecting and disposing of various waste streams with a compactor or skip loader truck. You depart from our location in Horst and drive daily through surrounding municipalities to collect household waste. You are more than just a driver; you are the company’s calling card. Your workday typically starts around 07:00 AM and lasts an average of 9 hours. You will have a lot of customer contact and contribute to a positive experience. Additionally, you will perform minor maintenance on your truck. You will be part of a close-knit team with a pleasant, informal working atmosphere.

- You possess a valid C or CE driving license, including the mandatory Code 95.
- You have excellent command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken.
- You work accurately and can perform your tasks independently.
- You are willing to flexibly organize your workday when necessary.
- You are physically fit and able to perform your work well.
Terms of Employment:
For your commitment, you can expect the following terms of employment:
- A gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €3,600.
- Pension accrual according to the applicable collective labor agreement (CAO).
- The possibility of an indefinite-term contract upon good performance.
- An employer who listens to your ideas and input.
- Travel and accommodation expenses will be reimbursed according to agreements.
