Aquila RH Troyes, a recruitment agency for temporary, fixed-term and permanent contracts, is looking for one of its clients, a recognized transport company in the Troyes area, an Articulated Truck Driver (SPL) M/F as part of a business development.
Your missions
Reporting to the operations department, you will be responsible for transporting goods over long distances on international routes, mainly to Italy and Spain.
Your main missions will be as follows:
- Ensure the delivery and collection of goods while respecting the deadlines;
- Supervise or participate in loading and unloading operations;
- Ensure the proper securing of the cargo and the conformity of the on-board documents;
- Carry out safety checks before and after each journey;
- Strictly respect European social regulations (driving and rest times).
Working conditions:
- Position involves long-distance travel (overnight stays during the week);
- Recent and well-maintained equipment.
Profile sought
Holding an EC license, you ideally have significant experience in international road transport.
- Required qualifications: FIMO/FCO and valid driver card.
- Skills: Mastery of cross-border routes and autonomy in managing your journeys.
- Qualities: Rigor, sense of responsibility and respect for road safety.
