Julie, a consultant specializing in Transport & Construction at Aquila RH, is recruiting for one of its clients, specializing in the rental of equipment for construction professionals, a heavy/articulated truck driver (equipment transport) H/F on a permanent contract, based in Saint-Laurent-du-Pont.
Your missions
Reporting to the operations manager and working on behalf of a construction equipment rental company, you will be responsible for:
- Driving a heavy and/or articulated truck
- Delivering and collecting construction equipment directly from customer sites
- Loading and unloading equipment using the CACES R482 category G license
- Checking the condition of the equipment before and after use
- Customer relations on site and compliance with specific instructions
- Organizing your route independently
- Routine maintenance of the vehicle and equipment provided
Working conditions
- Full-time permanent contract
- Hours: Monday to Friday, during daytime hours
- (variable depending on the company’s activity and needs)
- Base 38 hours per week
- Overtime paid
- Night hours paid at 125% (depending on activity)
Remuneration and benefits
- €13 gross / hour
- Overtime paid at 125%
- Meal allowance according to collective agreement: €10 / day
- Local position, no overnight stays
Pre-requisites
- C license
- Up-to-date FIMO
- Up-to-date tachograph card
- CACES R482 G
Desired profile
- Holder of a minimum C license (EC appreciated)
- Up-to-date FIMO/FCO for goods transport
- Up-to-date driver card (tachograph)
- CACES R482 category G (formerly CACES 10) mandatory
- Minimum of 2 years experience required in a similar position in construction
- Good customer relations, autonomy, rigor
- Respect for safety rules and the highway code
