Job Description
Your SAMSIC EMPLOI agency in Auxerre is recruiting for one of its clients, a heavy truck driver to ensure household waste collection. The mission location will be either Avallon (89) or Semur-en-Auxois (21).
Position starts as early as Monday, July 13th.
Your responsibilities:
- Drive the household waste collection truck (garbage truck) in tandem with a collection team member (waste collector).
- Perform routine vehicle checks before departure (levels, tires, equipment) and ensure the safety of your partner on the road.
- Follow the planned route, report any anomalies along the way, and ensure the unloading of the truck at treatment sites at the end of the round.
Hours: you start at 03:00 during the summer period (currently).
Full-time contract, temporary assignment for a minimum of 3 weeks, with the possibility of extension in the following months.
