Job Description
Your missions will be as follows:
Goods Transport
– Transport goods from point A to point B, according to given instructions (local, national, or international deliveries).- Respect delivery deadlines by planning the route according to time and traffic conditions.- Complete a round of about ten clients per day.
Loading and Unloading
– Load and unload the truck.
Vehicle Verification and Maintenance
– Perform daily safety checks (fuel level, tire pressure, braking systems, lighting, etc.).- Ensure the truck is in good working order and report any technical failures.- Perform regular maintenance, such as oil changes, filter replacements, or checking the general condition of the engine.
Management of Transport Documents
– Complete and ensure all necessary documents are filled out (delivery notes, transport slips, invoices, etc.).
Compliance with Regulations
– Compliance with transport laws (maximum authorized weight, respect for driving and rest times, speed, etc.).
Relationship with Clients and Recipients
– Interact with clients or recipients of goods to ensure correct delivery.- Provide information on the estimated arrival time and ensure the goods are properly received and signed for.
