Job Description
Drive a heavy goods vehicle to deliver or collect merchandise
Perform night routes according to a defined schedule
Load and unload the truck (if necessary)
Check the conformity of transport documents (delivery notes, waybills)
Control the vehicle’s condition before and after each route
Comply with safety rules and road transport regulations
Manage unforeseen events (delays, incidents, traffic conditions)
Maintain contact with operations or the logistics manager
