The Company
Valifruit is a family business specializing in the retail trade of fruits and vegetables. Based in Indre-et-Loire, it was integrated into the Le Saint Network in 2020 and offers a complete range of products for GMS (large and medium-sized stores) and RHD (out-of-home catering), mainly in the Centre Region.
Like the entire Network, Valifruit aims to prioritize local suppliers, in order to highlight regional products and guarantee ultra-fresh goods to customers. Indeed, products are harvested and transported to Valifruit warehouses only a few hours before being delivered!
The company has also adapted to new customer requirements by developing a range of organic farming products.
Job Description

As part of its development, our transport department is recruiting a heavy truck delivery driver to ensure the delivery of our products to our professional clientele.
Your main missions:

Load the vehicle respecting the tour plan and transport instructions

Ensure deliveries to customers according to the roadmap, respecting delivery times and schedules

Ensure the quality of transported products is maintained (respect of the quality chain, handling, transport conditions)

Control the conformity of goods during delivery (quantity, condition, references)

Apply safety rules, as well as quality system procedures and requirements

Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the vehicle provided

Represent the company to customers with professionalism and a sense of service
