Job Description
INTERACTION CHATEAUBRIANT is looking, on behalf of its client based in Juigné-des-Moutiers, a recognized company in the public works sector, for a Heavy Truck Driver / Articulated Truck Driver (M/F) on a temporary contract.
Within this dynamic company, the Heavy Truck Driver / Articulated Truck Driver ensures the transport of materials and equipment necessary for construction sites. You will work within a committed and professional team, where rigor and safety are daily priorities.
Your missions:
-Perform daily checks on the truck at the start of service.
-Report or record anomalies.
-Ensure the truck’s loading conditions and product conformity.
-Respect traffic plans on sites.
-Ensure the heavy truck transport of supplies, materials, and/or equipment necessary for the completion of the construction site.
-Ensure optimal safety conditions for people and property during travel.
-Carries out deliveries in compliance with deadlines, routes, and client instructions.
-Performs loading/unloading operations safely, sometimes with the help of handling equipment.
-Ensure routine maintenance of the vehicle (cleaning, fluid levels, tire pressure, etc.).
-Complete administrative documents related to transport (delivery notes, transport vouchers, etc.).
-Maintain regular communication with the logistics department or the site manager to inform them of the progress of deliveries.
