Job Description
We are looking for a Warehouse Worker Heavy Truck Driver with Truck-Mounted Crane – M/F on a permanent contract (CDI), based at our agency in Villefranche de Rouergue (12).
As a proactive individual, you divide your time between the roles of warehouse worker and salesperson. You may be required to make deliveries.
In your role as a warehouse worker, you ensure customer service and manage inventory. You prepare orders for our customers, who are building professionals. You also participate in receiving and then stocking goods.
You welcome, advise, and inform customers, whether in the agency or by phone.
You manage the customer’s administrative and commercial support from A to Z (quotes, pricing, follow-ups, delivery, invoicing, etc.).
You also make deliveries to our customers with a truck-mounted crane on their construction sites, carrying out unloading in compliance with safety standards.
In contact with our customers, you understand their constraints and needs, and you do not hesitate to share proposals with us to improve service quality.
Concerned about your daily safety and comfort in the exercise of your profession, Chausson Matériaux provides you with recent and adapted equipment. A high-performance truck and forklift will be entrusted to you, and you will be responsible for their maintenance.
Furthermore, you make short-distance trips compatible with your personal life.
