Job description:

At Wolfram Chain, we guide you from start to finish during your training to become a truck driver. You start with a test to assess your driving skills and capabilities, followed by the mandatory medical examination. During the test, the driving instructor will look at your current skills and how you handle driving a truck. Afterwards, you will receive advice on the number of lessons required. You will then start working as a logistics employee in Kampen. You will do this during day shifts, while working on your theory diplomas and practical lessons. As soon as you have your driving license, you can immediately advance to the position of truck driver. At the same time, you will start lessons for your CE driving license. Your duties as a logistics employee include

• Processing incoming and outgoing goods.
• Assisting with loading and unloading materials for events.
• Managing inventory and contributing ideas for improving warehouse processes.
• Preparing orders for transport to various locations.
• Supporting the setup of events and connecting facilities.
• Delivering food items.
• Assisting with light administrative tasks, such as maintaining inventory information.

You ensure that the logistics process runs as efficiently and sustainably as possible. The trips you will eventually make are one-day and national.

Job requirements:

• You possess a B driving license and have your own transport.
• You have completed at least an MBO level 2 education.
• You are willing to start as a warehouse employee during your driver training.
• You are in good physical condition and can handle the work.
• You have a good command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing.

Employment conditions:

For your commitment, you can expect the following employment conditions:

• Your starting salary is between € 2,500 and € 2,700 per month. This salary can quickly increase to € 3,100 once you have obtained your driving license.
• You will have the opportunity to obtain your C and CE driving licenses free of charge. This happens in a fully guided program.
• You have job security as a truck driver with a reputable employer.
• You accrue pension according to the applicable regulations.
