Job description:
As an industrial cleaner, you make a direct contribution to the hygiene, safety, and continuity of industrial processes. No day is the same: you work at various locations and encounter diverse industrial environments. What you will do:
- Performing industrial cleaning activities, including with high-pressure installations and vacuum trucks;
- Cleaning machines, installations, and production areas according to established guidelines and procedures;
- Working according to strict safety regulations and correctly using personal protective equipment;
- Checking, maintaining, and if necessary, reporting malfunctions or defects in cleaning equipment;
- Collaborating with colleagues to perform tasks efficiently and with quality.
Job requirements:
The most important things we ask of you are that you:
- Are motivated to truly learn the trade;
- Possess a VCA certificate or are willing to obtain one;
- Are available from Monday to Friday;
- Are willing to be on call for breakdown service once every five weeks (for a fee);
- Are in good physical condition.
Employment conditions:
As an industrial cleaner, you can, of course, also expect something in return for your commitment:
- A gross monthly salary of € 2,900,- based on 38 hours;
- A fully provided training to become a truck driver;
- A gross on-call service allowance of € 150,- per month;
- Travel expense reimbursement in accordance with the collective labor agreement (CAO);
- Pension accrual from your first working day;
- A day shift position, so you have plenty of time for family and friends in the evenings and weekends;
- A permanent contract upon satisfactory performance after one year.
