Are you looking for a heavy truck driver (M/F) position that allows you to be available every afternoon?

Join our Actual agency in Bourg-lès-Valence, for a minimum 3-month assignment as a REFRIGERATED HEAVY TRUCK DRIVER for one of our clients, a leader in the distribution market for fresh products such as meat, poultry, deli meats, and game.

Location: PONT DE L’ISÈRE (26600)

Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, from 3:30 AM to 10:50 AM, including a 20-minute break.

Route: Assigned, approximately 20-25 clients per day.

Training: In tandem, between 3 and 10 days.

Compensation: Gross hourly rate: 12.50EUR | Net daily meal allowance: 7.48EUR | End-of-assignment bonus: +10% of gross salary | Paid leave: +10% of gross salary and end-of-assignment bonus.

Your missions:

– Drive a refrigerated rigid truck to transport vacuum-packed goods (meat, poultry, etc.)
– Use a manual pallet jack and a tailgate lift.
– Deliver products to various clients in departments 26/07/38.
– Load and unload goods.
– Check the condition of your truck’s load (cargo / delivery notes, etc.).

Contract duration: 3 months

The profile sought for the heavy truck driver (M/F) position must possess the following skills:

Heavy truck driving: Mastery of safe and efficient heavy vehicle driving. Proven experience required.

Knowledge of regulations: In-depth understanding of transport rules and safety standards. Strict adherence to current laws.

Time management: Ability to plan and adhere to delivery schedules. Essential organizational skills.

Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams. Strong interpersonal skills.

Basic maintenance: First-level maintenance skills to ensure vehicles are in good condition.
