Job Description
You will specialize in live animal transport activities.
The position is based in CREST(26) and travel is regional.
You will benefit from integration with a professional mentor and local management.
Your challenges will be:
- Inspect your vehicle before each departure (mandatory audit report)
- Check the route according to delivery instructions
- Verify the presence and compliance of onboard and transport documents
- Organize and control the loading of goods into the vehicle
- Handling while respecting proper gestures and postures
- Driving the truck and its maintenance, weekly washing session
- Ensure the transport of chicks to professional clients, while being aware of safety and hygiene rules.
- Animals are mainly placed in crates. Loading and unloading are done manually, various handling tasks are to be expected.
Here’s what we offer:
- A permanent contract (CDI)
- Package of 182 hours/month
- Meal allowances according to the collective agreement
- Work during the week: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00
- Remuneration: 12.15 gross/hour
- No overnight stays
