Job Description
Our R2T Cannes agency is looking for one of its clients, a Heavy Truck Driver in the Mandelieu la Napoule area (M/F).
Your responsibilities:
-Make customer orders available according to their delivery route
-Verify the accuracy of items to be delivered (carton, etc.)
-Adhere to the provisional delivery schedule
-Comply with procedures related to the position (pallet recovery, merchandise returns, delivery note returns, management of packaging waste)
-Confirm customer appointments in case of delivery contingencies
-Ensure delivery compliance by overseeing unloading with the Delivery Note and the cleanliness of the packaging of the delivered goods
-Report daily on deliveries (merchandise returns, customer complaints, potential accidents, delivery delays, etc.)
-Escalate information regarding customer disputes, delivery contingencies (minor collisions, customer absence, loading problems, etc.)
-Assist Shipping Dock colleagues with truck loading
