The BILS-DEROO group is a century-old family group with 1800 employees, operating nationwide, but above all the transport and logistics leader in the Hauts de France region.
Within the STIL INTERNATIONAL entity of the BILS-DEROO group, we are looking for Articulated Truck Drivers (M/F) for our hub in Sin-le-Noble, for full-time permanent contracts (CDI).
The activity involves delivering goods over short or long distances, which may include national and/or UK transport on 3-day and 2-day cycles with overnight stays.
In this capacity, your main missions will be:
- To transport goods in semi-van and packaged or curtain-sided trailers.
- To respect the agreed delivery conditions and deadlines.
- To ensure pickups and deliveries according to requirements or received orders.
- To handle loading/unloading if the activity requires it (unhitching/hitching).
- To complete various administrative tasks: documents associated with the activity (customs, consignment note, delivery slip, etc.) or IT tools (Transics).
- To guarantee service quality and customer satisfaction.
- To respect social and road legislation.
- To comply with the Group’s rules and best practices (submit documents and activity reports, internal regulations, CSR, eco-driving rules, safety protocols for different sites).
- To respect QHSSE instructions (know QHSSE information, procedures related to one’s activity, site requirements and client processes).
- To maintain one’s vehicle in good condition.
Desired Profile:
- Holder of CE driving license, you possess the FIMO (or FCO renewal) and its qualification card, driver card, ADR (mandatory), CACES 1; 3; 5, all your documents are up to date.
- You have an up-to-date passport.
- You are versatile and adapt to the activity given the needs of the hub.
- You are rigorous, motivated and autonomous in your work, careful with equipment and ensure it is maintained in good working order and cleanliness.
- You have good interpersonal skills with clients and relay information to the operations department.
