Job Description
For an industrial laundry near Surgères, we are looking for a Heavy Truck Driver (M/F) for the upcoming season.
As a heavy truck driver, you are an essential link in the smooth operation of the laundry.
Your days revolve around:
– Preparing the truck before departure: checking the load (clean linen), verifying the vehicle’s condition, and checking onboard documents.
– The delivery route to various client establishments (nursing homes, hotels, healthcare facilities, industries…). You deliver clean linen using trolleys designed for this purpose.
– Collecting dirty linen at each delivery point and securely storing it in the truck according to hygiene procedures.
– Adhering to schedules and routes to ensure service fluidity.
– Returning to the laundry, where you unload the truck, organize the deposit of collected linen, and report any anomalies.
– Routine vehicle maintenance: quick cleaning, reporting breakdowns, daily visual inspection.
Your mission:
– Monday to Friday
– Departure at 4 AM, end of route around 2 PM at the latest
– Temporary contract for several weeks – €12.59 gross/hour (+10% End-of-mission indemnity + 10% paid leave)

You will start in tandem with an experienced driver to learn the route, delivery points, and internal procedures.
