Job Description
The ACTUAL EXPERTS Driving agency is looking for a Refrigerated Heavy Truck Driver (M/F) for one of its clients based in Saint-Jean-d’Illac.
Your missions: – Carry out deliveries and collections from customers in accordance with the mission order provided, in compliance with road and social legislation.
– Control, load and unload your vehicle safely.
– Participate in the administrative monitoring of deliveries via a PDA: signing of receipts, waybills, pallet vouchers, etc.
– Carry out the handling tasks necessary for loading and unloading.
– Transport and deliver to the various stores as quickly as possible, in compliance with current standards.
– Report any malfunctions or problems encountered during the tour to the operations department.
– Delivery area: CUB + Departments bordering the Gironde (33)
Information: – Hours: start of service: 05:00
– Remuneration: EUR 12.24 gross/hour
– Meal vouchers
– 10% IFM + 10% ICCP
– Access to the Actual Booklet (12%)

Contract: TEMPORARY
Contract duration: 3 months
The ideal candidate has proven experience in heavy truck driving, ideally in refrigerated transport. Professional, rigorous and autonomous, he/she masters the requirements related to distribution and collection rounds, as well as the management of transport documents via digital tools (PDA).
Skills and qualities sought:- Mastery of driving a heavy truck safely.
– Knowledge of the rules relating to temperature-controlled transport.
– Ability to load, unload and secure goods.
– Ease with digital tools (PDA, signing, administrative monitoring).
– Strict compliance with road and social legislation (driving time, safety, procedures).
– Autonomy, organization and responsiveness to unforeseen events.
– Ability to perform handling tasks.
Prerequisites:- Valid C license.
– Valid FIMO/FCO for goods.
– Valid driver card.
– Experience in regional delivery appreciated.
– Previous experience in refrigeration is a plus.
