Job Description
Our Optineris Bourges agency is recruiting for one of its clients, a company specializing in the transport of materials, a Heavy Truck Driver to drive a 6/4 truck.
As a Heavy Truck Driver, you will be responsible for:
– Safely driving a 6/4 type truck for the transport of materials on various construction sites.
– Ensuring the loading and unloading of materials while respecting safety instructions and loading rules.
– Planning routes to optimize travel times and meet delivery deadlines.
– Performing first-level checks on the vehicle, such as oil levels, tire pressure, and other elements essential to the proper functioning of the truck.
– Reporting any anomalies or malfunctions of the vehicle to the technical team and following maintenance procedures.
– Maintaining professional relationships with customers during deliveries and ensuring that the necessary documentation is correctly completed and signed.
– Strictly respecting legislation on driving and rest times.
Interim assignment to be filled as soon as possible.
Hourly rate 12.14 EUR according to transport convention + Meals 16.20 EUR per day
Weekly duration 42h from Monday to Friday
