Job description

Contribute to customer satisfaction (respect of delivery/collection times, care taken with parcels, etc.) and to the good image of the Group in compliance with applicable regulations (HSE, Highway Code, etc.) and economic imperatives.
Activities
Preparation of the route
Be responsible for the proper loading of your vehicle by:
– respecting the package-writing correspondence,
– respecting the safety of goods,
– pointing them with the PDA,
– in compliance with current regulations.
Report any anomalies to your management (condition of packages, missing packages, etc.).
Organize your route.
Course of the tour
Carry out deliveries and collections, carrying out all the necessary checks (signatures, amounts to be collected, etc.) in strict compliance with Group procedures and scheduled times, using the handling equipment made available to them.
Report in real time all information relating to the tour (customer disputes, undelivered packages, etc.) through the use of the PDA and any information of a commercial nature.
Return from the tour
Report any anomalies and particularities of your tour (report of deliveries and collections) to your management.
Submit the documents relating to the tour to your management.
Transfer the tour data to the operating tool (“empty” your PDA) and return all documentation concerning the tour.
Ensure that undelivered packages are taken care of (inform the relevant department and/or return them).
HSE
Check the good condition of your vehicle and equipment, keep them clean; report any anomalies to your management.
Carry out your activities in compliance with safety rules (driving time, Highway Code, etc.) and rules relating to the environment (eco-driving, etc.).

Candidate profile

Ability to specifically handle regulated goods (dangerous goods, health, live animals, wines and spirits)
Ability to use the equipment made available to them
Knowledge of the geography of the sector
