The BILS-DEROO group is a century-old family group with 1,800 employees, operating nationally, but above all the leading transport and logistics company in the Hauts de France region.

Within the STIL INTERNATIONAL entity of the BILS-DEROO group, we are looking for SPL Drivers H/F for our division in Sin-le-Noble, permanent, full-time position.

The activity consists of delivering goods over short or long distances, which may include transporting goods nationally and/or to England on cycles of 3 days and 2 days with overnight stays.

In this capacity, your main missions will be:

  • Transporting
    goods in semi-vans and in parcels or tarpaulins.
  • Respecting
    the planned delivery conditions and deadlines.
  • Ensuring
    pick-ups and deliveries according to requirements or orders received.
  • Providing
    handling if the activity requires it (uncoupling/recoupling).
  • Completing
    the various administrative tasks: documents associated with the activity
    (customs, waybill, delivery slip, etc.) or IT tool (transics).
  • Guaranteeing
    the quality of service and the satisfaction of our customers
  • Respecting
    social and road legislation.
  • Complying
    with the Group’s rules and best practices (transmit documents and activity
    reports, internal regulations, CSR, eco-driving rules, safety protocols
    of the various sites).
  • Respecting
    QHSSE instructions (knowing QHSSE information, procedures related to
    their activity, site requirements and customer processes).
  • Maintaining
    and keeping their vehicle in good condition.

Desired profile:

  • Holder
    of a CE license, you hold the FIMO (or FCO renewal) and its qualification
    card, driver card, ADR (mandatory), CACES 1; 3; 5, all of your documents
    are up to date.
  • You
    have an up-to-date passport.
  • You are
    versatile and adapt to the activity taking into account the needs of the
    division.
  • You are
    rigorous, motivated and autonomous in your work, are careful with the
    equipment and ensure that it is kept in good working order and
    cleanliness.
  • You have
    good interpersonal skills with customers and relay information to the
    operations department.
