Job Description

Additional Information:

• Work days: 3/1, 4/1
• Payment frequency: monthly
• Compensation system: fixed base salary + fixed bonus (e.g., quarterly, annual) + discretionary bonus

Your responsibilities:

• Ensuring smooth and timely transport processes
• Preparing and diligently checking shipping and transport documents
• Independent and responsible work style in long-distance transport (sea containers)
• Ensuring the safety of ADR cargo and the entrusted vehicle (DAF brand)

Our requirements:

• Valid CE driving license with Code 95 and driver card
• Valid ADR certificate (basic)
• Knowledge of German or English at a level enabling communication
• Basic knowledge of traffic regulations and drivers’ working hours
• Willingness to work in one of the mentioned rotational systems
• Experience working with container trailers will be an additional advantage

We offer:

• We offer stable employment based on a German employment contract for an indefinite period. Salary is paid on time!
• Estimated monthly earnings (net “in hand”): 3/1 approx. EUR 2,800 – 2,900, 4/1 approx. EUR 3,400 – 3,500
• Base salary – EUR 3,000 gross
• Allowances (net): EUR 38 (Mon–Thu) | EUR 48 (Fri–Sun – weekend rate)
• Hotel allowance: EUR 120 gross
• Work systems to choose from: 3/1, 4/1 or 8/2

• Routes: Germany and neighboring countries (Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, France)
• Bonus system and financial support
• We appreciate the loyalty and additional commitment of our employees:
• Loyalty bonus: up to EUR 600 gross paid regularly every 4 months
• Washing bonus: EUR 15 gross for each washed container
• Reimbursement of license costs: We cover the costs of renewing the driving license, driver card, ADR courses, and the course for the transport of goods (Code 95)
