Don’t have a C driving license yet?
Would you like to obtain your C driving license in our Academy to start a new challenge within our green family? Then you will always start by driving the compactor truck.

What will you be doing?
- You are responsible for the correct collection of various types of business waste in the form of roll containers.
- You start your day between 06:00 and 07:00.
- You operate the compactor and load the roll containers.
- You identify problems and report them to planning.
- You have about 80 to 115 addresses at different types of customers in different locations.
- You have a lot of customer contact.
You work from Monday to Friday and sometimes on Saturday. There is always the possibility to work overtime or switch to another discipline. In addition, there is room to work part-time.
What do you bring?
- A C driving license with a valid code 95 and a driver’s card.
- Stress resistance and a passion for the driving profession.
- Some driving experience is a plus.
- You are physically fit and have no difficulty with heavy work.

Team and location
For this role, you work from our Northern location in Noordwijk, generally driving your routes together with a co-driver/loader. The team mainly consists of C drivers on the compactor, loaders, and people who are in our academy and are obtaining their driving license. In addition, you interact with our enthusiastic planning team and report to our team leader Hans.
