With branches throughout Europe, we specialize in the recruitment, selection, and placement of skilled truck drivers, delivery drivers, logistics employees, and production staff.Job Description
You will drive both nationally and internationally and have varied routes with early starts and sometimes overnight stays. No day is the same, but you always know what to expect.
Activities
- Transporting agricultural products and fresh produce (potatoes, vegetables, fruit), flowers and plants
- Driving a tractor-trailer or combination vehicle
- Start around 05:30 AM
- Both national and international transport
- Safely loading and unloading goods
- Working with refrigerated and freezer transport
- Planning efficient routes in consultation with dispatch
- Maintaining contact with clients and dispatch
- Working according to CMR/AVR regulations
- Physical work and actively assisting where necessary
- Overnight stays in the truck during international trips
Job Requirements
- Driving license CE and valid Code 95
- Experience in national and/or international transport
- Flexible in working hours and willing to stay overnight
- Client-oriented and professional attitude
- Good command of Dutch and English
- Able to work independently and take responsibility
- Experience with refrigerated and freezer transport is a plus

Employment Conditions
- Salary according to TLN CAO scale D6: € 3,520.40 gross per month (based on 40 hours)
- Overtime after 40 hours 130%, Saturday 150%, Sunday 200%
- Travel allowance €0.23 per km from 10 km
- Good pension scheme equivalent to TLN CAO
- 24 vacation days + age-related days + 8% holiday pay
