As a truck driver in training, you will work for the largest beverage wholesaler in the Netherlands and a part of Koninklijke Grolsch. From five branches, this company daily supplies beverages to over 3,000 hospitality, event, and wholesale customers. Intro
In this role, you combine working and learning directly, gain practical experience in hospitality logistics, and obtain your truck driving license through this company. You work in a pleasant team and receive extensive guidance. You get the opportunity to grow into an independent driver.
About the role
As a truck driver in training in Almere, your day starts at the branch where you load the truck with colleagues and discuss the planning. Afterwards, you hit the road to supply hospitality customers with beverages and other products. For example, you deliver to a city café, a hotel, or even a large event. You chat with customers along the way; many entrepreneurs look forward to your arrival. Back at the branch, you help sort empties, and the next day you are in the warehouse to prepare orders, scan products, and load pallets. The work is physical, you are constantly moving, and you work together with a close-knit team you can always count on. You receive guidance from experienced drivers and colleagues, so you learn everything about the profession. You combine warehouse work, co-driving, and driving experience, and after six months, you have the chance to obtain your truck driving license through this company.

- Salary between €2,608 and €2,800 per month according to the Collective Labor Agreement for the Beverage Industry and Wholesale
