who are you
As a truck driver, you are in charge of your own truck and take responsibility for transporting goods efficiently and safely. You work independently, have an eye for detail, and ensure that everything is delivered on time and according to standards. You have a proactive attitude, are hands-on, and enjoy the freedom that comes with driving.
Furthermore, you are:
- in possession of a CE driving license
- in possession of a valid Code 95 and digital tachograph card
- in possession of at least an MBO-3 diploma (vocational education level 3)
- available full-time
- independent and able to work
what you will do
As a driver at ALDI, you are an important link in the logistics operation. You ensure that goods, packaging, and return items arrive safely and on time at the correct destination. You will work with the most modern trucks and electric pallet trucks, and working with pallets makes it physically light work.
- transporting goods and return items
- working with pallets and electric pallet trucks
- registering administration such as mileage and fuel consumption
- reporting truck malfunctions
- supporting colleagues in the distribution center
