As part of the business development of one of our clients specializing in transport and logistics, we are recruiting several Semi-trailer Truck Drivers (M/F) on permanent contracts (CDI) in the Dunkirk area.
Your responsibilities
Under the responsibility of the operations manager, you will be involved in the transport of maritime containers to carry out:
– Delivery and transport in compliance with defined deadlines
– Control and supervision of assigned containers (number, size, type, general condition…)
– Verification of the vehicle’s proper functioning and reporting of any anomalies
– First-level maintenance operations (bulb replacement, windshield wipers, routine checks…)
– Maintaining the cleanliness and good condition of the road train
– Verification of transport documents and compliance of transmitted information
– Filling out waybills and administrative documents related to transport
– Writing reports in case of incident or accident
– Organizing driving times, routes, and activity in accordance with current regulations
– Applying responsible driving practices and monitoring the smooth running of transport operations
Possibility of regional transport without relocation depending on the position.
Contract: Permanent (CDI)
Salary: 15 to 15
Desired profile
– You hold a valid CE driving license (SPL)
– You possess valid FIMO/FCO qualifications and an up-to-date driver card
– Ideally, you have initial experience in semi-trailer truck driving, and experience in maritime container transport would be a plus
– You are autonomous, rigorous, and organized
– You attach particular importance to road safety, respect for equipment, and procedures
– You enjoy fieldwork and know how to manage your activity professionally
