Are you looking for a stable driving job with fixed daytime hours? The Municipality of Groningen is looking for a Truck Driver / Loader for 32 to 36 hours per week for its location in Groningen. In this varied role, you will drive the collection vehicles and, together with your colleague, lend a hand with loading.

who are you
To maneuver our large vehicles through the streets of Groningen, we are looking for a driver who can not only steer precisely but also knows how to get things done.
- Highly communicative and presentable.
- C driving license with Code 95, VCA, and a driver’s card.
- Willing to work weekends on a periodic schedule.
- Experience with a crane, a loading crane certificate, or TVCT is a plus.
what will you do
Together with your permanent colleague, you will alternate between driving and loading, but your focus will be on driving. You will skillfully and super safely maneuver that large, modern truck through the streets of the municipality of Groningen. In between, you will smoothly get in and out to empty the containers together. You ensure the route runs smoothly, have a chat with residents, and are back home nicely on time at the end of the afternoon!
