This is what you will do

As mentioned, it concerns a combination of activities. As a Sewer Combi Truck Driver at der Velden, you are the calling card of our organization. In this position, you are responsible for the maintenance of the main sewer system for our clients. Your workday will certainly be varied:

  • Approximately 20% to 30% of the time you will be driving the sewer combi;
  • 70% to 80% of your time will be spent operating the cleaning equipment, such as cleaning drainage pipes and sewers with high pressure and inspecting the pipes with a camera;
  • You ensure that malfunctions are prevented and everything is clean and tidy again for our customers and colleagues;
  • As a sewer combi driver, you are both on the road and technically active.

What do we expect from you?

  • VMBO/MBO work and thinking level;
  • You are in possession of a C (CE) driving license, preferably including code 95;
  • You have an interest in technology and would like to be physically active in addition to driving the truck/sewer combi;
  • You are willing to obtain certificates such as ‘Safe working along the Road’ and ‘Safe working in Sewers’;
  • You are customer-friendly, service-oriented, and take responsibility for your work;
  • Your working hours are 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, but you are flexible if necessary;
  • You live in the Eindhoven region

From day one, we will extensively train and educate you through our Academy. And because safety is paramount to us, obtaining a VCA Basic safety certificate is part of our onboarding process.
