Your future workplace:
Our client is one of the largest drinking water and wastewater disposal companies in Germany.
Your tasks:
– Perform truck loading according to standard operating procedures, including operating the loading equipment (start/stop, releases, interlocks, acknowledgements), as well as supporting the docking and undocking of silo vehicles and instructing drivers.
– Control work and plant area. Conduct ongoing visual inspections before and during loading, e.g., of hoses, couplings, barriers, and the general condition of the plant.
– Comply with safety and HSE requirements. Consistent use of personal protective equipment and adherence to all relevant safety guidelines.
– Ensure communication and fault reporting. Coordination with the control room and driving personnel, as well as immediate reporting of irregularities or malfunctions to shift management or the master craftsman’s office.
Your profile:
– Basic knowledge and technical understanding. Experience in an industrial environment or logistics sector, as well as basic technical understanding for simple operating actions (buttons, switches).
– Safety and work behavior. Safety-conscious work according to HSE guidelines, reliable and independent working style, and physical suitability for activities in plant and traffic areas (incl. PPE use).
– Team and communication skills. Clear coordination with truck drivers and the control room, as well as cooperative collaboration within the shift team.
– Willingness to learn and process understanding. Readiness for internal instruction and training in loading processes, as well as for continuous professional development in the work environment.
