As part of the development of our Bordeaux agency (located in Bruges), we are looking for a Heavy Truck Driver – Sanitation Technician (M/F) to join our teams.
The objective of this position is to ensure the proper functioning, cleaning, disinfection, and unclogging of wastewater networks, using a hydro-cleaning truck or a light hydro-cleaning vehicle.
At the wheel of the light vehicle, your main missions will be as follows:
– High-pressure cleaning and descaling of wastewater and rainwater networks;
– Pumping of lift station pits;
– Emergency interventions and unclogging of pipes and garbage chutes;
– Video inspection of water networks and columns;
– Diagnosis of the condition of installations and writing of intervention reports;
– HP cleaning of garbage chute columns and disinfection;
– Cleaning and bleaching of garbage chute rooms;
– Writing of digitized intervention reports.
At the wheel of the heavy truck, your main missions will be as follows:
– Getting out of the truck to carry out cleaning and descaling of wastewater and rainwater networks at high pressure;
– Manual interventions on lift station pits and pumping of grease traps;
– Emergency interventions and unclogging of pipes;
– Writing of digitized intervention reports.
All of these services require manual intervention by the operator, at the foot of the light vehicle / truck, for the handling of various equipment.
The performance of paid rotating on-call duties is inherent to this job.
