WHO WE ARE

A modern, successful, and family-run group of companies in the vegetable growing industry! Over the past 30 years, we have developed from a vegetable seedling company into one of the leading experts in young plants. Our young plants grow on many regional fields in southern Germany, Austria, and Switzerland and, as fully grown vegetables, have probably been part of your lunch. We accomplish this enormous task with a proud 100 employees and a colorful group of 120 seasonal workers. Not only are our young plants growing, but we also want to grow as a company. That’s why we are looking for a reliable team player for our logistics department. If you’re not a reverse-docking driver and enjoy transporting young and crisp goods – we’re talking about vegetables here – then apply to us as a truck driver.

YOUR TASKS

• Did you often play Tetris as a child? Perfect! When loading your truck, you start each day with a game of Tetris. Goods, plants, boxes, pallets, work equipment. Everything has to somehow fit into the truck, and you should always keep the daily route in mind.
• Your mission as a deluxe plant supplier includes delivering young vegetable plants to our friends in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, which you naturally do on time and with your most irresistible smile.
• Of course, driving times and legal requirements are also part of your repertoire, because you are the captain on this green journey.
• No one is as close to the customer as you are! What moves our customers? What makes them happy? What bothers them? Tell us what’s going on out there. The door to our dispatch and management is always open to you for this.
• If your truck needs a little break, you make sure it recovers in the workshop – after all, it should be in top shape for the next green adventures. And if there’s a small scratch, you’re the superhero who reports it immediately.
• Last but not least, you ensure that your trusty truck always shines like it’s fresh out of the shower – after all, a clean truck is a happy truck.

YOUR SKILLS

• In principle, it would certainly be an advantage if you had a valid truck driver’s license and were in possession of a driver card.
• It would also be great if you could mentally put yourself in the shoes of our customers and complete the delivery of goods with your service-oriented thinking.
• So that we can avoid wildly gesticulating communication – simply because it’s exhausting – good German language skills would be an advantage. But don’t worry. If you can read the menu in the restaurant, understand it, and get the right food after your order, then your language skills are perfectly adequate.
