Your Role
Are you attracted to transport professions and wish to professionalize in driving? Adecco is recruiting for its client, a specialist in freight forwarding and transport organization, a semi-trailer truck driver (m/f) training position under a professionalization contract in ESSARTS EN BOCAGE (85140).
You will join a refrigerated transport company renowned for its organization and service quality. Supported throughout the program, you will build a true qualification in road freight transport.
The position unfolds in two stages:
Before the training, you will work as a dock worker (m/f): loading/unloading, handling, docking vehicles, respecting safety instructions, and good organization of flows. This immersion will allow you to understand the operation of a transport site and the logistical challenges.
Then, you will follow the semi-trailer truck driver (m/f) training under a professionalization contract in Les Herbiers: preparation for C and CE licenses, FIMO, and ADR. You will be trained in driving heavy goods vehicles and refrigerated vehicles, applying the Highway Code, ensuring the safety of people and goods, as well as good driving practices in a refrigerated environment.
The contract, lasting approximately one year, full-time and during day hours, will start late October / early November: starting on the dock then entering the training center. This program combines practical experience in the company and theory to build a solid professional project in a recruiting sector.

- Participation in handling operations and carrying loads, in compliance with procedures and safety rules.
- Obtaining C, CE, FIMO, and ADR licenses.
