As a Semi-trailer Truck Driver, your main mission will be to ensure the safe and efficient transport of materials. You will work in close collaboration with on-site teams to guarantee the punctuality and quality of deliveries.
Objectives and Responsibilities
– Materials Transport: Perform the loading, transport, and unloading of materials while adhering to safety procedures.
– Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all journeys are carried out in compliance with road regulations and safety standards, using an up-to-date driver’s card and FCO/FIMO.
– Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure basic truck maintenance, report any technical issues, and ensure the vehicle is in perfect working order.
– Communication: Maintain effective communication with the fleet manager and construction site teams to optimize routes and delivery times.
– Adaptability: Adapt to the changing needs of each project, demonstrating diplomacy and professionalism on work sites.
This role is crucial to ensure that essential materials are delivered on time, thereby allowing deadlines to be met and client satisfaction. Your expertise and diligence will directly contribute to the success of the company’s projects.
