Do you have experience driving trucks equipped with a roll-off system and wish to perform a job useful in daily life?
AKELA INTERIM 60 is looking for a Roll-off Heavy Truck Driver M/F to ensure the collection and delivery of skips in the local area. You will operate on short routes, returning to the depot every day.
Within a company specializing in waste management and associated logistics, you will work in direct liaison with the operations manager and on-site teams. You will ensure the safety, punctuality, and good condition of the equipment entrusted to you.
Your main missions are as follows:
– Drive a roll-off truck on local routes
– Load and unload skips according to site instructions
– Visually inspect the vehicle’s condition before and after each round
– Perform skip lifting and dropping maneuvers safely
– Complete transport documents and report any anomalies
– Maintain the vehicle and report any maintenance needs
– Adhere to traffic regulations and site safety instructions
The position requires rigor, a sense of priorities, and responsiveness. You will work autonomously while maintaining regular contact with the logistics coordinator. The activity may involve staggered hours depending on planned collections.
