Driver at BMN? Local driving, home in the evenings. You are our mobile calling card and ensure every order arrives on time with the customer.
What will you be doing?
When you hear „driver,” you might think of someone who is on the road all day and night. Nothing could be further from the truth! At BMN, you drive during the day and locally in your region. No overnight stays, so you’re simply home for dinner in the evenings. You are the mobile calling card of our BMN distribution center.
As a central link between our customers and your colleagues, you make the impossible possible and ensure every day that the correct orders arrive at the right place. In doing so, you uphold our four promises: the best service, the right stock, flexible logistics, and expert advice.
An average workday consists of:
- Loading and unloading goods; warehouse staff ensure everything is ready for you before departure.
- Safely securing and transporting goods to customers in the region.
- Delivering goods to customer locations in your region; this varies from a warehouse to a construction site (sometimes on the 3rd floor).
- Having a chat with the customer: „Is everything to your satisfaction?”.
- Performing simple administrative tasks.

- Salary based on knowledge and experience, in accordance with the Hibin collective labor agreement (CAO).
- 37 days off for full-time employment: 25 vacation days and 12 ATV days. The ATV days can be used for extra free time or (partially) paid out.
- 8% holiday pay, optionally paid out annually or monthly.
- Travel allowance from 10 kilometers up to a maximum of 25 kilometers (one way).

What do we ask?
- Experience as a truck driver; experience with a crane and/or truck-mounted forklift is a plus.
- Knowledge of loading, stowing, and unloading goods.
- In possession of driving license C or CE and Code 95.
- Customer-focused and communicatively skilled; easily makes contact with the customer.
