What you will do:
Do you want to contribute to a cleaner environment as a truck driver and also be home on time? In this role, you combine driving with actively assisting as a driver loader. You will work with modern equipment and do work that truly matters. Does this sound like something for you? Then read on.
As a truck driver, you start your workday at the depot in Zutphen. Together with your colleagues, you begin with a cup of coffee and discuss the planning. Afterwards, you check the vehicle and set off on your route. You drive the collection vehicle and actively assist with waste collection. You sometimes work with a colleague in the vehicle and sometimes independently. This can vary daily.
You will be outdoors a lot and have contact with residents in the neighborhood. During your work, you pay close attention to safety and ensure everything runs smoothly. At the end of the day, you return the vehicle clean and complete. As a truck driver, you see immediate results from your work and contribute to a clean living environment.
Your duties include:

Driving the collection vehicle in Zutphen and the surrounding area

Driving and loading the collection vehicle

Collecting waste streams such as paper, PMD (plastics, metal packaging, drink cartons) and GFT (organic waste)

Guiding and collaborating with your colleague in the vehicle

Performing minor daily maintenance on the vehicle
What we offer:

A gross monthly salary between € 2,768 and € 3,303

Fixed working hours from approximately 07:30 to 16:00

Surcharges of up to 150 percent for weekend work

Requirements:

You have a C driving license and a valid Code 95
