Opis Stanowiska
Manpower CARHAIX is looking for its client, a player in the transport sector, a **Dairy Semi-trailer Truck Driver** (M/F). Following a pre-established route, you will collect and transport milk from our producers, day and/or night, to our factories using tanker trucks (44 tonnes).
Your missions:
– You will join an experienced team of Drivers, who will train you in pairs according to your needs. You will thus quickly become autonomous in our working methods and the different collection rounds.
– You will collect milk from our producers according to pre-established rounds.
– You will measure the quantities of milk collected from each Producer and perform simple samples to control its quality and ensure its traceability.
– You will report any field information to your Manager or their Assistant who are available to listen to you to improve daily collection (direction of the round, positioning of tanks, passing times, work in municipalities…).
Hours: either 7 AM – 6 PM or 8 PM – 3 AM, weekend work.
Your remuneration and benefits:
Hourly rate: €13.34 gross
Night bonus 1: 30% from 9 PM – 10 PM
Night bonus 2: 45% from 10 PM to 5 AM
Night bonus 3: 40% from 5 AM to 6 AM
Sunday bonus: 100%
Public holiday bonus: 200%
Cleaning bonus (uniform): €0.417/worked day (with a cap of €9.17 per month)
Meal allowance: €9.70
End-of-mission bonus and Paid leave
CET at 8%
CSE, CSCE
FASTT (childcare, housing assistance, vehicle rental…) Holder of a CE driving license and up-to-date FIMO/FCO, you appreciate the agricultural environment and the diversity of roads, mostly rural.
The +: experience in food delivery and knowledge of the local agricultural and geographical environment.
You are autonomous while demonstrating a good team spirit.
