Our Camo Emploi agency in Reims is recruiting for its client, specialized in public works, a HEAVY TRUCK / ARTICULATED TRUCK DRIVER M/F to strengthen its teams.
As part of this mission, you will be required to:
- Drive a heavy truck or articulated truck with a manual gearbox for the safe transport of materials to construction sites
- Transport various materials such as big bags, road spoil, gravel, or other products necessary for public works
- Comply with the highway code and traffic rules, as well as internal safety procedures
- Perform pre-use checks of the vehicle (general condition, oil levels, brakes, etc.) to ensure safety and proper functioning
- Secure the work area by setting up a safety perimeter around the truck during loading or unloading operations
- Work in coordination with ground teams, following signals from the site manager or laborer for maneuvers and positioning
- Perform loading and unloading of materials in compliance with handling, stability, and safety rules
