Julie, a consultant specializing in Transport & Construction at Aquila RH, is recruiting for one of her clients, specializing in the rental of equipment for construction professionals, a heavy truck / articulated truck driver for construction equipment carrier M/F for a permanent contract, based in Saint-Laurent-du-Pont.
Your missions
Reporting to the operations manager and working on behalf of a construction equipment rental company, you will be responsible for:
- Driving a heavy truck and/or articulated truck
- Delivery and collection of construction machinery directly to client sites
- Loading and unloading of machinery using the CACES R482 category G
- Checking the condition of the equipment before and after use
- On-site customer relations and adherence to specific instructions
- Organizing your route autonomously
- Routine maintenance of the vehicle and equipment provided
Working conditions
- Full-time permanent contract
- Hours: Monday to Friday, day shifts
- (variable depending on activity and company needs)
- Base 38 hours per week
- Paid overtime
- Night hours paid at 125% (depending on activity)
Remuneration and benefits
- €13 gross / hour
- Overtime paid at 125%
- Meal allowance according to collective agreement: €10 / day
- Local position, no overnight stays
Requirements
- Class C driving license
- FIMO up to date
- Tachograph card up to date
- CACES R482 G
Profile sought
- Holder of a minimum Class C driving license (EC appreciated)
- FIMO/FCO goods up to date
- Driver card (tachograph) up to date
- CACES R482 category G (formerly CACES 10) mandatory
- Minimum 2 years experience required in a similar construction role
- Good customer relations, autonomy, rigor
- Respect for safety rules and the highway code
