We are looking for a Heavy Truck Driver to carry out regional delivery routes, with a daily departure at 5 AM. You will operate in an organized sector, with a limited number of clients (maximum 10 deliveries per day), which allows for structured, precise work focused on service quality. The position includes deliveries in regional France, as well as occasional trips to Belgium and the United Kingdom (passport recommended). You will work in a professional environment where punctuality, safety, and customer relations are essential. This position is for reliable, autonomous drivers who appreciate regular routes and direct contact with clients.
Delivery & Distribution
– Ensure loading and unloading of the truck according to internal procedures.
– Complete a daily route of a maximum of 10 clients, respecting schedules and delivery requirements.
– Deliver sensitive or temperature-controlled goods (depending on activity), ensuring product compliance.
– Verify delivery notes, collect documents, and ensure simple administrative follow-up.
Driving & Safety
– Drive a Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) in strict compliance with the Highway Code and safety regulations.
– Perform daily vehicle checks (fluid levels, tires, equipment).
– Report any mechanical or logistical anomalies.
– Adhere to safety protocols during maneuvers, particularly on docks and industrial areas.
Organization & Logistics
– Optimize your route to ensure punctuality and customer satisfaction.
– Ensure truck organization, package arrangement, and returns management.
– Participate in maintaining the good order of the warehouse during morning loadings.
– Communicate with operations to report unforeseen events, delays, or route modifications.
International Travel
– Occasionally perform deliveries in Belgium and the United Kingdom.
– Comply with customs procedures and transport documents.
– Passport recommended for UK journeys.
