Your partner L’ATELIER DES TALENTS, specializing in permanent (CDI), fixed-term (CDD), and temporary (Intérim) employment, is recruiting for one of its clients, AN ARTICULATED TRUCK DRIVER FOR PUBLIC WORKS (M/F).

Your missions:

• Transport of materials and equipment: The heavy/articulated truck driver ensures the transport of construction materials (gravel, concrete, sand, …) as well as equipment necessary for construction sites. He must ensure proper load distribution on his vehicle to avoid any incidents.

• Delivery to construction sites: The driver must deliver materials to various construction sites, sometimes difficult to access. It is crucial that he masters his vehicle to maneuver in confined spaces or on uneven terrain.

• Vehicle maintenance: The heavy/articulated truck driver must ensure the proper maintenance of his truck. He performs regular checks, particularly on braking systems, tires, and fluid levels, to ensure the safety of the vehicle.

• Compliance with safety standards and the highway code: When transporting heavy and sometimes dangerous loads, the heavy/articulated truck driver must strictly adhere to safety rules, both on the road and within construction sites.

• Management of transport documents: He is responsible for managing delivery notes, transport slips, and all administrative documentation related to his trips.
