- Supply butchers and pork butchers aboard a 19-ton truck
- Transport pork carcasses while strictly adhering to the cold chain
- Unload carcasses at customer sites, including handling and carrying loads
- Comply with hygiene, safety, and goods traceability instructions
- Check transport documents to ensure delivery compliance
