Heavy Truck and Articulated Truck Driver (M/F)

The Manpower agency in Belley supports local businesses daily with their recruitment needs and offers candidates positions tailored to their skills and career goals.

Due to an increase in activity, we are currently recruiting a heavy truck / articulated truck driver (M/F) to work for one of our clients. Reporting to the site manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

– Drive a heavy goods vehicle (4×2 or 6×4 type)

– Perform loading and unloading operations in compliance with safety rules

– Make deliveries to various construction sites in the area

– Monitor the general condition of the vehicle and perform routine checks

– Comply with current regulations, deadlines, and safety instructions

– Provide occasional support to on-site teams (team of 3 to 4 people)

Position to be filled quickly for a mission that can be long-term (short to long depending on activity).

Daytime hours, Monday to Friday.

Remuneration and benefits: meal allowance, travel expenses, IFM (end-of-mission allowance) and ICCP (compensatory paid leave allowance).

– Class C and CE driving licenses required with up-to-date FIMO/FCO (Mandatory Initial Training / Mandatory Continuous Training)

– Valid driver card

– Significant experience in heavy truck driving (experience with an 8×4 concrete mixer would be a plus)

– Knowledge of the construction (BTP) sector

– Sense of organization, autonomy, and team spirit

– Ability to work outdoors and adapt to site constraints
