Adrenaline is your drive? Then you’ve come to the right place! Because HRT stands for passion, professionalism and success on the race track. Founded in 2020, our team is now a permanent fixture in international GT sport.
We compete with the Ford Mustang GT3 and enjoy factory support from Ford Performance in several high-profile series. We are also active in promoting young talent and carry out technical development projects and motorsport events of all kinds at our HRT RACE BASE at the Nürburgring.

What you bring to the table:
- Driving license C1, C1E, C, CE
- In possession of the professional driver qualification (formerly key number 95 in the driving license)
- Language skills English and German (at least) A2
- First experience in motorsport as a truck driver and / or tire technician is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Europe and worldwide.
- Teamwork, good communication skills and a high standard of work.
Your tasks:
- Transport of vehicles and material: Safe transport of racing vehicles, equipment and materials to and from racetracks and events.
- Loading and unloading: Responsible execution of loading and unloading operations, including ensuring proper load securing.
- Route planning: Efficient planning and execution of routes, taking into account schedules
- Vehicle maintenance: Regular inspection and maintenance of the truck to ensure operational readiness.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and appropriate appearance of the vehicle and work area
- Teamwork: Close cooperation with the motorsport team to provide additional support for transport and logistics tasks.
- Assistance with the assembly/disassembly of team equipment in the pit or in the awning.
- Responsible tire technician for a specific racing vehicle at the racetrack
- Management of the tasks of the tire technician (e.g. cold and hot pressure, compliance with the planned assembly schedule, etc.) in close cooperation with the technical department at the track
- Compliance with the specified deadlines and the tire-relevant articles of the Sporting and Technical Regulations.
