– Operate and monitor production facilities and machines independently.
– Perform minor maintenance and repair work to ensure operational readiness.
– Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality guidelines.
– Work closely with colleagues from other departments to ensure smooth processes.
– Document production processes and create reports for logging.
#### What we are looking for
To be successful in this position, applicants ideally bring a mix of technical skills, teamwork ability, and resilience. It is not necessary to be perfect – what counts is your motivation and willingness to develop.
– A completed vocational training, preferably in a technical or manual trade.
– Initial professional experience of 0–3 years, ideally in a production environment.
– Willingness to work shifts and flexibility in daily work.
– Technical understanding and the ability to operate machines and systems.
– A structured and precise way of working, as well as initiative.
