Your responsibilities:
- Driving the vehicle in accordance with traffic regulations
- Delivering goods according to the agreed schedule
- Checking the technical condition of the vehicle before starting the journey
- Maintenance and care of the vehicle, including regular cleaning
- Ensuring the safety of passengers or goods during the journey
- Collecting and delivering documents related to transport
- Correct and timely submission of reports on routes traveled
- Maintaining good relations with customers when delivering goods or transporting passengers
- Monitoring weather conditions and adapting driving to prevailing conditions
- Reporting any problems and vehicle failures to superiors
- Safe and skillful operation of all vehicle functions, such as lighting, air conditioning or navigation systems
Our requirements:
- Experience as a driver, preferably a minimum of 2 years of experience in driving a truck
- Possession of a valid CE driving license
- Knowledge of traffic regulations and the ability to apply them in practice
- Ability to operate and maintain the vehicle in good technical condition
- Ability to navigate and use the GPS system
- Ability to read and understand documents related to the transport of goods
- Ability to work in a team and communication skills in contacts with customers and other team members
- Physical fitness and ability to maintain concentration during long driving
- High responsibility for the safety of passengers and goods transported by the vehicle
- Timeliness, punctuality and responsibility in performing assigned duties
- Willingness to continuously improve and learn new skills related to road transport
- Knowledge of basic techniques for loading and unloading goods
- Knowledge of operating load securing devices
- Knowledge of basic emergency principles and procedures and the ability to react quickly in emergency situations on the road
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness inside the vehicle and taking care of the appearance and technical condition of the vehicle
- Readiness to work non-standard hours, including weekends and holidays
